The Coalition to Reduce Cyber Risk (CR2) released its whitepaper, “Cybersecurity Cohesion - Enhancing our Collective Security & Prosperity through International Regulatory Cooperation.” The volume of domestic and international cybersecurity regulations has risen dramatically in recent years. While it’s right that governments require organizations address cybersecurity threats to their enterprises, products, and services, the divergence in approaches imposes a cost on cybersecurity.
