CR2 submits these comments in response to the invitation for public comments issued by the European Commission (“the Commission”) regarding the Adopted Act of the Proposal for a Directive on Measures for a High Common Level of Cybersecurity across the Union (“NIS2 Proposal”). CR2 appreciates the opportunity to comment on the review and looks forward to working with the European Parliament, European Council and European Commission to further improve the NIS2 Proposal, ensuring that robust cybersecurity underpins the Commission’s Digital Single Market initiative.
